Terms of use
Viral Factory Local Publisher is a local tool operated for its owner's YouTube channels. This website describes the application and provides its privacy policy.
Authorized channel use
Only a person authorized to manage a channel may connect it or approve an upload. The owner is responsible for channel selection, credentials, publication decisions and stopping the local queue when necessary. Authorization to connect a channel is separate from approval to upload a video.
YouTube API Services
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using the application, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Applicable Google and YouTube account, developer and API policies also apply. Viral Factory Local Publisher is independently operated and is not sponsored, endorsed or certified by Google or YouTube.
Content and rights
The operator must have the necessary permissions for video, images, music, voices, brands and other material in an upload. Public availability of another creator's work does not grant permission to reuse it. AI-generated material must be reviewed for misleading depictions, third-party rights and required disclosures. Source and quality checks do not guarantee that a claim or dispute can never arise.
Approval and operation
The local system uses a queue, channel matching and file-specific approvals to control delivery. Uploading can make content available according to the chosen YouTube visibility setting. The operator should review the exact file and delivery settings before approving an upload. Google access can be revoked as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and results
The application depends on a working local computer, valid authorization, API availability and platform limits. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, acceptance of a video, copyright clearance, distribution, views, eligibility for monetization or income. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
